This is in Carthage maple leaf park today….spring can’t be stopped

After I took the pic in the previous post, we walked a bit farther into the park, and discovered the ground everywhere was dotted with the little crocuses! Then, to top it off, from a nearby church, the carillon began playing, a Christmas carol, no less! It was ‘a moment’ for sure.

So we took our dogs to the park and they checked the “pee mail” on the corners of that bridge. If Mason peed there, they’ve already met him!

Rofl. Nope he did not. Only in the dog park. Funny thing about him he rarely goes when he is on leash. He likes his privacy.

With all the ice in the forecast I went looking for a bag of ice melt... I was an hour and half late at Menards... a day late and a dollar short at Orscheln and snagged the last bag at Home Depot.

No school. Cramped up inside with three dogs the husband and a cat. Somebody send the calvary!
