Finially some much needed rain here too!
Hopefully it is making it a little easier on the man out driving t post for my new back yard this morning.

We closed on our house in town yesterday with special conditions that we still have a few weeks to vacate.
I could not be more pleased with my realitor and the proud young couple who are getting the place. It truly makes my heart happy knowing all the work we've done to make this place special will be cherished for many years to come.
