Gosh Jac... If they have been faverolles... Lol!! Any takers? They are great foragers and great broodies!! And PRETTY!!I need to sell these guys, any takers? These will be big birds, roos reaching 12 lbs hens 10lbs. Very cold hearty, extremely docile birds.
Not yet, going to take them to a swap tomorrow!
So I hatched 1 CCL back in June. I also hatched some green eggs along with them. I have been watching the wrong chick the whole time. THIS is my CCL....And I have no idea of the sex!

thats a hen roos are all slate and kinda barred when they are that age
It looks like a pullet but the the head color is all wrong. Where did you get the eggs?
