calling any one from missouri

2 inches in my yard. ugg don't like the cold tomorrow. roads in my neighborhood were really slick so stayed home. I can drive in it no issues but never know what the other person will do.

I have been spending a lot of time in nw arkansas lately. when it snows the roads are 10x worse in arkansas. idk what the issue is. you will literally be driving down highway 49, road is spotless in missouri, hit the state line and it's white everywhere and it doesnt look like they do any work at all on it.

its nice that its forecasted to be 49 degrees for me tomorrow :)

We live on a dirt road and the neither the county nor the township snowplows it. In heavy snow, we can be stranded because of a set of steep hills.
But I think we can get out in this amt of snow. We aren't leaving tomorrow until around noon and it will be above freezing, many cars will have compacted the snow maybe even expose the gravel which was replenished 2 days ago.
Right, @1cock2hens Arkansas is like a different universe. I lived there for a couple years when I was young. We drove down to Eureka last summer. I love it. Such a contrast to MO. That's funny about the snow after the state line.....

I live on a dead end dirt road off a dirt road, when it snows heavy I'll get my 1956 Ferguson F40 with the grader blade and plow the road although the county has been doing a better job these last few years plowing. The county used to not plow the dirt roads at all. We only got about 1/2" and non stuck to the roads.

@SueT drive safe on your way to Cackle Hatchery, can't wait to here about the experience.
