No kidding! We're going to go straight from heat to air conditioning this year I'm afraid.

That’s a nice shot!

We had storms moving in right at sunset with thunderheads building and all aglow, that would have made a nice picture... but there were three wild turkeys gobbling in the woods behind the house... so I just sat and listened and watched... and didn’t think to snap a picture... sure was a nice day to be in Missouri!

That would be nice. I would like to open windows for a while and have a break from the electric bill.
Only problem is we seem to have a skunk living somewhere by the train tracks behind our house and the gosh darn thing keeps spraying!!
If it's not that it's someone burning all the time stinking up the neighborhood

Just noticed I got sunburned today...

Also here are some daffodil pics from here... the early ones are about spent but the mid and late ones were looking pretty good today... although it’s raining now... so they might be getting beat down ...

We have forsythia bushes, wild violets, as well as peach trees and wild serviceberry trees in the woods, all in bloom at the moment... won’t be long before the redbuds and dogwoods pop!
