That’s cool... Ive heard there are road runners in SE MO but never saw one...

... I sure wish the grouse could have expanded and thrives ....

... I think I read that over the decades that. the state tried to establish them there was only one area that they really held their population... think it was on theMissouri river in the middle of the state... but I might me mistaken.

If I ever have the desire to go to a ball game. . it would have to be to see a bird and not the game. Lol.

Lol... my wife is the Bsdeball fan ... but we try and make at least one game a year...

... I do watch those kingbirds while they’re out... but they usually go to bed ... pretty early in the game...

I had to look up what epsom salt does for plants because this was new to me:

... I’ve just used potting soil and top soil mixed for tomatoes and peppers in raised beds and containers in the past, and never really even fertized it much...

... we would compost in the raised bed a bit from fall to spring...

... but I might be the wrong person to ask... I’m not a great gardener... our plants have always done well.. but I wouldn’t say spectacular.

Maybe you could do an experiment with epsom and no epsom?

Epsom salts are a source of magnesium, something that is not included in regular fertilizers. So it gives the plants an extra boost.

I've seen a road runner a time or two. . but they don't hang out long enough for a pic. Just ran. .
I only knew what it was for sure because I had seen one at the Tulsa zoo one time.
