Oh man.. I hate to even think about driving that road to your house in this kind of weather!I hope I don't run out of firewood... found some but can't get out today to go get it as the driveway is so slick you can't even walk on it. Normally I'm overrun with firewood but didn't get the bins full this year and the cold is making me burn it at a faster rate. I have a couple of backup 100 pound propane bottles but one is empty... I may be running a temporary line from the 330 gallon backup propane tank to the garage soon!
Tomorrow we are supposed to get our second covid shot so I hope we can get out by 9:30am without taking a trip through the woods in the van.

If you come in the long way (from the north end of 521 ) it's all gravel and not as steep so that is the preferred way when the roads are snowy or icy. The driveway is asphalt now and the flat part is somewhat melted off but the hilly part from the house down to the flat is slick enough you could not walk down it, you could slide down on your bum but I didn't try that. I cut through the woods to get to the mail box this afternoon.Oh man.. I hate to even think about driving that road to your house in this kind of weather!
Someone just told me they were predicting 10 in of snow here.Ours says down to -14º with over 5” snow. But tv weatherman says it is yet to be determined.... BUT 40’s the following weekend! I hope that part is right!
