Apple juice worked huh?

Yep, the whole bowl smelled like apples and now not one bit of deer food is left. Gave her a second dose of dewormer before we left for Gatlinburg.

Hubby and I are in Poplar Bluff Monday they Thursday. He is fixing a couple of electrical mistakes. I’m putting insulation in the ceilings so we can start to drywall. Hopefully starting to drywall tomorrow
Hubby did get the automatic chicken door installed and working in the big coop before we came down!!

We are in Gatlinburg this week. Don't forget to mark the location of the ceiling joists before putting the insulation up in the ceiling.

We remembered! We got 2 ceiling panels up in 1 bedroom. We had hoped to get the entire ceiling in 1 room done but ran into a little bit of trouble getting the length just right. We had to trim one panel three times and the other panel twice. But they look good once we got them up.

Has it been hazy where you are? They say this is from the wildfires out west. That’s also responsible for the dramatic sun rises/sets and did you see the moon set this morning? It’s 98% full!

It was hazy all the way home but only foggy up in the mountains. I'm sure glad to be home as there is no place like home.
