I also tried deep fried deviled eggs. Not too bad.

How in the world does one even think about deep frying a deviled egg

I thought I had the Poplar Bluff house sold but just found out that the deal fell through. Apparently , the appraiser has never seen a house that Woods Basement Systems has reinforced the walls/foundation. And couldn’t tell that the water on the floor was from a blocked AC hose.

@karenerwin one thing I did when I sold my house in La Place was to make up a fact sheet about things in the house that might be misunderstood by prospective buyers and left copies on the kitchen table. At the sale the buyer stated that my fact sheet was what made her mind up to by our house.

The appraiser came from the buyer’s side/loan people. We are checking to see if we get a structural inspection done if that will make a difference or not.

Upcoming Chicken classes in St. Louis

I have 3 chicken classes coming up at St. Louis Community College at the Meramec campus.
The first is a beginner class this Saturday from 9 to 1.
I also have an advanced class next month and an incubation class in October.

This is an advanced level class and will not include introductory information covered in previous class: Backyard Chickens for the Beginner.
