Calling any Sultan Breeders: A few Questions Here

Hi all, I have recently picked up two sultan hens. I've been curious about what the accepted "standard" for sultans is.
I heard there is no SOP for Sultans, that they aren't recognized. Am I missing it? Seems there should be one. If there truly isn't, are there specific traits breeders select for anyway?
