Callouses or Bumblefoot

Hi all,
This is my poor duck's foot. I tried looking thru pics to determine if she is just getting callouses or bumblefoot. I need help. What do you think? My husband is at store getting epsom salt for foot soaks and I have some vetrycin plus spray. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
