Cameo chick

I had a cameo chick hatch out last night.
Is it possible to sex them this early?

Also, is there something special about female cameos (infertile or don't lay eggs or something?)

do you know what the mother was, if she wasnt a cameo then the chick will be a female, as cameo is sex link.

The charcoal hens are the ones that dont lay. Cameo do find, but you will need a male cameo or one split cameo to get cameo chicks.
