CAMPBELL DUCKS

@Bills vs Beaks
Where are you young fella?....
Oops, didnt get the tag the first time :oops:
Sam only as Khakis though, not Dark.
True. Does OP specifically want dark campbells, or just using dark as a descriptive word?
I got my khakis at tractor supply, they do lighten up as the feathers get old, but I just had a hen molt and sh was lightest of them all (hence named Blondie) and shes now very dark again.
Otherwise, if you specifically want the dark variety, google :p https://www.sandhillpreservation.com/catalog/ducks.html

Just looking for great egg laying ducks that are docile and easy to care for.
Preferable something black or dark. Thank You
Im not sure you could call campbells docile........they are kinda bouncy sometimes. But easy to care for and lay eggs like crazy! Ive got one out of four that lets me pick her up and pet her....the others dont like it so much :p

You could look into cayugas! some people like them, Ive never had them though ;)

I love my Cayuga! She’s still laying while my Blue Swedish has stopped. She’s very sweet, has nice big eggs. The only thing is sometimes she’ll chase my dog! And if I let her out of the coop and I don’t have their fresh water available right away, she will quack in a very demanding way until I bring it to her- I now don’t let them out until after I got the water, so she is content. Haha
