I need help!!! I have a cinnamon queen who has been broody or at least I think this is what she was doing. Last spring we had gotten 3 more chickens and two ducks. Harvested the ducks and then my dog got one of the chickens. Everything was fine. Then come November “ Twinkie” started to molt and she hid under the ducks old coop. She has been there scents. We have tried everything to beaker her. If you harass her long enough she will come out. She’s dirty. But other than that she’s 100% fine. But I do worry she will end up killing her self under there. She has clearly been coming out eating and drinking when the rest are in the coop sleeping. Any advice

I think someone is bullying her. You ned to get her out and have her with the others while you watch and see what is going on. If it is bullying you need to remove the one doing it for a day and allow your other girl time with the flock.

So we were able to kick her out after a vary long time and boarded up the bottom. I don’t think she was picked as it is vary clear whos at the bottom lol (it’s one of our Wyandots) it turns out she was not laying but some how collected some rocks and was sitting on them lol

I have a hen that goes broody constantly and she doesn't even need anything to set on. She just starts laying in the nest and will not stop until I intervene. I will remove her 4 or 5 times a day and she is not deterred. I have to put her in a broody buster cage before she starves herself. I put her in a elevated wire dig kennel with food and water for about 3 days and she will snap out of it.
