Can’t see air bubble very well

wow, ok good thing you ignored my opinion. So lower the humidity for the next 3 days. Do a dry run till lockdown. You can even start lockdown and go dry one more day as he won't be pipping straight away. For pipping you need to increase humidity but till then it needs to be as dry as possible n the incubator to get it to transpire more and increase the air cell. Good luck with it, sounds like temp was just a little bit too low so just a little bit higher and you'll be good. Give it 1-2 more days till lockdown as it is a bit behind.

ps: maybe i misunderstood but if the thermometer is off by 1.7 degrees you just increase the temps in the incubator. No need to stop everything and puts eggs in your shirt, I hope I misread that part.

pps: I really hope you can just turn up the temp in the incubator, if it was off by 1.7 degrees, I'd raise temps by 1 degree. It has stayed alive at 1.7 below this whole time so although most certainly too low you might end up overcompensating by going too high so just go up 1 degree and you'll be in good range.

Awesome so I have it at 101.3 no humidity and I will start the lockdown tomorrow night because I don’t go to school for 4 days (woohoo) and hopefully he will be born soon. If he has splayed legs do I have to put him down? I read that can happen to eggs that where incubated cooler

Here’s a 16 day update. I still see veins but they all look a bit smaller. Is that normal? I would think it would be because it’s on it’s supposed due date and it might be trying to collect it’s blood. I don’t know. Anyways I’m pretty sure I saw a bit of movement but not 100% sure. The air bubble did get alit bigger about the size of a quarter so maybe the pressure/space of the air cell is making the baby a little squished in there. I candles him today and I am putting him on lockdown tonight so hopefully that works.

Really bummed guys. I saw no movement at all and no pips etc I even poked a tiny hole I the shell to see inside the air cell and didn’t see movement in there either. So I did a egtopsie and he looks like he died yesterday and the saddest part is he started developing feathers. I’m very sad by this and I won’t give up because I have two more eggs I know are good. After this I may nit incubate any eggs for awhile as this may or may not have made me get a grey hair and I’m only 17
