Can a brand new chick be put in with 2 week old chicks?

No. More than likely she had internal injuries from dog bites and nothing you could of done would of changed the outcome.

We have 4-week-old chicks (19) and just got 6 Guinea hen chicks. I have them separated in the same coop, but 2 of my older birds keep flying in with the little gals and cuddling with them. I don't see any aggression but keep taking them out anyway. Is it okay if I left them in there to bond since they seem to want to? Natural nurturers?

When you have time to supervise, try letting them mingle, and see how it goes. How old are the guineas? Still got heat? I've heard they are more fragile to start, but after started, they do well.
