Can a broody Silkie be left with both her brand new hatchling and 8 to 9 week old chicks in the same coop?

My broody Silkie took on two Polish Buff chicks (now 8 to 9 weeks old), but now has a hatchling of her own. I have separated them for now, but wanted to check whether the older chicks would "understand" to leave the new chick alone, because their adoptive mom is tending to it, or would try to peck them. Thanks in advance!

I would wait until the chick is fully mobile before introducing them, and then would monitor closely.

This is my first newly hatched chick, is fully mobile a matter of a day or a week? Thanks!

I would suggest at least 3 days. In my experience, a hen's older chicks have readily accepted the second brood. Good luck.
