My two male cats were abandoned in a box on the side of the road back in May and of course they are much better now but with the colorpoint i have noticed he is REALLY clinging to me his littermate a dom shorthair is just like " If i want affection i'll let you know " lol he just does his own thing ^_^

while Chester well ever since i found him i had all 4 kittens in a crate eatting but Chester he was just at the door of the crate meowing at me not caring about eatting lol so i took him out and he just walked back and forth across my shoulders purring ^_^ and laying on my shoulder which he still does now lol and if im in the next room with my mom they will just start crying out so im laying on my moms bed and i will say " I'm in here " and they come searching and find me lol

so i was wondering is he clingy cause he was abandoned and not shown any love? or is he scared i will abandoned him? or is that just how his breed is?

cause i think hes a siamese colorpoint or a dom colorpoint

We just found a kitten that freaks out when we leave the room. So I would say yes

yes. Cats can have abandonment issues. and it sounds like yours does.

IMO: you need to spend as much time with him as you can, giving him special one on one between

him and you. Cuddle him, talk to him, and just reasure him that you are not going anywhere.

Sounds like a pretty cat! Post Pictures if you can.

siamese cats are very clingy in general and also very vocal its breed traits.
usualy when i see cats who have abandonment issues its almost as if they have ADD when you pet them they will walk away every few seconds and cry then run back then leave again to cry.
when ou elave the house they will urinate on things sually things that smell like you like beds, clothes, shoes, pillows, your favorite chair ect.

Well believe it or not but so far i haven't seen him pee on anything i mean that was a huge factor as to why my mom didn't want me to keep my color-point cause he has Siamese in him and she said how they like to pee on everything but the only pee on floor we have found was in my moms room but my nephew had told me it was his brother and he saw him do it i mean its not his real litter-mate brother cause Milo is a orange/brownish short-hair while Chester is the color point mix
