If you're asking if they can be litter-trained or something similar, the odds are quite against it. They are incontinent, having no sphincter muscle.
 
I have personal, first-hand knowledge. NO, chickens can NOT be housebroken. The nasty, sneaky, filthy white beast that lurked about my mother's kitchen was definitely NOT housebroken. It was trained on where to lay the egg...but never anything else. ISH-DA!!!!!
 
I've heard there are chicken diapers...

Personally I think it'd be easier to clean up a poop from the floor rather than figure out how to get a chicken to wear a diaper!
