TSC is notorious for messing up on chicken breeds.

I was lucky enough to be in the store when the chicks arrived from the post office. We got the first choice of the chicks and saw the label from Hoover. When I went back later in the day, they were in a bin labeled golden comets...

(a golden comet is just a type of red sex link...basically)

I agree, it is a red sex link pullet.

Something to keep in mind, as you saw with this little girl, you can't feather sex in the way you tried to. It simply doesn't work. Even in some cross breeds, like your sex link, you can't feather sex.
