Can a male goose get a prolaspe

I decided to let him loose today, it has been 2 1/2 days since his prolapse. I noticed that he is staying away from the other three geese. They did not bother him or anything he is just staying away like he was when he first prolapsed. I am wondering if he is sick, he is eating but I am not sure how I would tell if the stitches are too tight maybe so he can't go to the bathroom? I notices some clear liquid come out so I guess he is peeing! Any Ideas????????????????? Thanks

Peeing an pooping should come at the same time your not seeing anything that resembles poop might call the vet.

Maybe they have ostracized him and he can't be with them. Happens sometimes they will make one stay on the side lines.

I knew with chickens if they have been gone too long the will kill them. I expected some reaction from the geese but they pretty much ignored him. I keep seeing what I believe is pee. I will have to get an old blanket and put it down so I can see if he poo's overnight if I don't see any poo I will call the vet. Thanks for your help Miss Lydia.
