The month old chick will most likely peck the smaller chicks which can cause damage. I only allow you to 2 week olds with day old chicks just because around 3 weeks they start playing a bit rough for day olds.

If you're going to attempt it, best to have a wire mesh divider in the brooder, and watch the behavior of the older chick. If after a week or so it doesn't seem bothered by the other chicks, you can try removing the divider and supervising them to see how they interact. A little bullying is ok, as long as it doesn't lead to injury or the older one preventing younger ones from eating.
