Hello and Welcome To BYC! Looks like a Faverolles rooster, breed review on them https://www.backyardchickens.com/products/faverolles you can't really tell the age of a chicken very accurately once it is an adult.

Its unanimous that's a Salmon Faverolles rooster. There is such a difference in males and females, if you started breeding Salmon faverolles hens with him, you would be able to sex them yourself.
