Heya Backyard Chicken peeps!
Can anyone clue me in as to why when we're frying our eggs, the whites are watery, and the yolk membrane so weak that they almost always break?

I am having this issue - but the membrane is breaking in my eggs. Any suggestions would help. My hens are about 2 years old.

eggs get more watery as they age, i find. with a freshly-laid egg the white practically stands up on its own.

i don't store in fridge
