Can anyone confirm what breed my hen is.. here is a pic

This is sweetie her eggs are white and significantly smaller. The brown egg is store bought to show difference. Is she a Java hen?

Yes she's an exchequer leghorn.
For an exchequer she's pretty nice looking.
