Can Anyone Help Determine The Sex Of These Chickens? Also The Breed?

You should post each chick individually. They look like it is a 50-50 mix, are they straight run?

Think so... Got them from tractor supply go last week, they were all mid age from 1-3 weeks... I also am wondering if they can stay together with a age difference of approximately 2 weeks? I’ll send a pic of each one I have 10 chicks
 
We'll need better pics. Individual, numbered pictures are best. Actually I don't see any Buff Orpingtons in this picture, but I do see several cockerels.

Were they all together in one brooder when you purchased them? If they were I am sure they can stay together. If you purchased them separately, just put a piece of hardware cloth in between them in the brooder for a few days and then it should be fine.
 
I agree... A couple of cockerels, and I think I see production reds, maybe a brahma, couple other possibilities...
To be honest, they're generally about 4 weeks too young to reliably sex, except for any early cockerels. That being said, you have the ones that are obvious to us at this point as cockerels, and there could be more hiding and waiting to be known.
