Can anyone help diagnose this?

This is happening on only two out of six of my chickens. I do not have a rooster, haven’t been able to see any mites and separated one that could possibly be a feather picker but it doesn’t seem to be getting any better. Has anyone run into this or have any other ideas.

Sometimes molt can come early and look a bit odd. Are there small feathers floating too?

But honestly, that looks like picking damage to me...and are you absolutely, positively sure you don't have a rooster?

If no rooster, and you have no feather pickers in the flock, then I'd assume either protein deficiency and the birds are picking themselves or depluming mites and the hens are picking themselves to rid them.

If you are on good protein feed (at least 16%, but I prefer 18%), it wouldn't hurt to apply Ivermectin 1% drops to eradicate the possible problem.

When feathers have been picked out, which is what it looks like to me, it may take until the next full molt for feathers to regrow. Overcrowding, boredom, and too little protein in the diet are some causes of feather picking. Nustock cream or pine tar applied to the skin are some of the treatments on bare spots that may help to stop the pecking. Those can be found online or in the horse aisle in many feed stores.

I have the same thing going on with two of my chickens. I made the presumptive diagnosis of depluming mites a couple of weeks back based upon my on line searches (no Vet visit). I've been treating with Ivermectin pour on for two weeks. I will let you know how it goes.
Good luck and please keep us updated with your progress.

How often are you using the ivermectin, what dosage, and where are you applying it? That looks a lot like feather picking.

I'm applying 6 drops of the Ivermectin pour on on their bare areas once a week.
The bare area you see in the picture I attached was much redder before I started treatment which suggests to me there's been improvement.
I thought it was just feather picking a couple of months ago and tried the things you suggested (including pick-no-more lotion) without success.

Yes please the same with you as well I’d like to know if that worked

Ivermectin pour-on to be applied along the spine of the animal where it is absorbed. This is similar to the application of flea products, such as Frontline. Dosage if ivermectin (5mg per ml) is 0.1 ml per each 2 pounds of weight.
