I second what the person above has stated. If you don't have a rooster breeding them, then check for lice and mites. If none, then you could definitely have a feather picker. I had a family member that used to keep chickens, and had the unfortunate experience of having several feather pickers. (Where other hens peck off another's feathers to eat). Overcrowding or poor diet could likely cause those? My family member had a large run, but was void of any vegetation and was basically a sand box, on top of poor feeding habits :/ poor hens were bored and hungry, and there were many.
Could maybe also be molting? Idk, the first one looks like a case of overbreeding at first glance. Otherwise I'm really stumped
