Can anyone help me know what Gender my welsummer 14 week chicks are

The one in the upper left corner of the first picture with the inconsistent feather patterning, red patches on shoulders, and red developing comb (shown in pic 3) appears to be a cockerel.

Can’t see it from the pics but it most likely has a dark colored chest compared to the others.

All are pullets.. males have specific coloring and that inconsistancy mentioned by the other poster has to do with quality (sometimes even breed mix ups) but it's not a cockerel. Cockerels have red combs by about 8 weeks old.

Also by around 10-12 week old and well by 16 weeks gender specific saddles feathers should be showing.. examples from google..

Male specific color pattern would be fully present by the stated age. IF breed is correct.
