Can anyone help me photoshop my chickens picture?

I was at a show the other day with my polish and she was third of the whole show junior and open and my friend took this picture... the problem it I’m trying to crop it so that that I have it so I can just have the bird and not that background so I can put it on my sign... Anyone who is willing to help me Thank you!
