Can anyone help me tell if these guys are roosters?

This is our first flock, and I have been reading on here different ways to check the sex, but I have a couple that are stumping me. I'll post pics, and you wonderful folks could give me your opinion I would appreciate it! Thanks!

Not sure on the EE, but the barred rock is a cockerel.

The comb is a clue, but actually with barred rocks the trick is in the barring. Males are double barred and females are single barred, meaning males feather in much lighter than females. Your little guy there is double barred. Plus the comb is large for his age and the redness is also a giveaway.

Bummer. I already have 2 others, and sadly they're not allowed where I live. 4 out of my 8, that stinks
