Can anyone help with a duckling diagnosis?

I just hatched a bunch of Khaki Campbells and one of them is having an issue. It refuses to walk (it walked without issue several hours ago) and keeps twisting it's head side to side and into what look like to me almost impossible angles. It can move it's legs just fine, as I said before it walked without any problems a few hours ago. Is this behavior cause for concern?

Could be wry neck (star gazing) poly vi sol (without iron) found everywhere from CVs to Walmart or nutridrench Poulty vitemins are the two most often used items to help the duckling recover. Sometimes it takes just a couple of days, sometimes a week for their head to stop turning around.

What ever it was it seems to have gotten over it. I can't even tell which one was doing it anymore. Celtic Oaks, "Star Gazing" seems and appropriate term for it. It would tilt it's head backward and wiggle it side to side, almost like it had been spun around and couldn't get it's bearings.

Now the whole lot (18) are jumping about in their box nibbling their food and making messes of their water :)
