Southern Ramblers (Mysic Onyx's) also have 5 toes, all black skin, and red/orange markings all over. It's either a that or some kind of mutt.

Where is the bird from? She could be a hatchery hybrid of sorts. I'd bet guess she has some silkie background, leading to the extra toes and dark skin. I believe it's Hoovers that has been creating a lot of hatchery 'hybrids' involving silkies recently.
