Can anyone identify what this discoloration could be? My rooster got some frostbite but this looks different. Thanks for the help

Hmm that never occurred to me and I’ve never seen them peck at each other a single time. I’ll keep and eye out for that

It's very common, & not always that noticeable depending on how many birds you have.
