Yep, that's a rooster. He's handsome! How many hens total do you have? 3? If that's the case you are going to need more hens. About 10 hens to one rooster is a good starting point or your hens are going to get over bred and beat up. Depending on the rooster there can be a bit fewer hens, but it's all dependent on your roosters behavior. Best of luck!

Thnkx.. I have only 1 Hen of this breed.surely more hens would be needed.

I'm not sure of the sex of my other 2 chicken.Quite confusing... I'll post their Pic some time soon...

It would be a very long journey and he would likely not enjoy it very much.
