Not the best shots as my camera is old, but I was expecting eggs from these pullets. I bought them at auction 4 weeks ago and they were fully feathered. Lots of pics!!
Does anyone have any idea on how old these might be? I have heard you can tell from combs and wattles, but these are my first chickens so any information will be great.
Thanks

Their wattles and combs will turn bright red when they are ready to lay. They will also "squat" for the rooster or when you run your hand down their backs. I'd guess they are about 5 months old but I'm no expert. Looks like a couple white Plymouth Rocks, a Black Sex-Link, a Rhode Island Red, Partridge Rock? Gonna be a few weeks longer for eggs, I think.

Anyone else have an opinion?
