Can anyone tell me if this is a rooster or hen

This little guy was hatch December 21st and already has red comb and wattle - I have 4 that were hatch 4 week eairlier that do not have waddles or combs really at all yet - so I'm guessing hes a roo I hate it because I can't have any Roos and he is the sweetest lottle guy ! I'm new to this so I'm hoping someone will say I'm wrong.
