I don't know much about the above breed other than to say he is very pretty by I do have a question regarding Brahmas I purchased a Trio of Light Brahmas yesterday the only chickens I have though I do have3 ducks a Silver Appleyard a mixed I think and a chiltern however my question is about the Brahmas should the hen chicks not have some black on them mine are Snow White ?

Yes, they should be getting some black feathering in the neck and wing areas. If you want to post a pic we can take a look at them for you. Thanks I will try and take a few pics tomorrow. I have one or two pics but as they are just here a day and need to be helped to become friendly I didn't want to freak them out with pics and moving round them too much on their first day
