Can anyone tell me what breed my rooster is?

I got this rooster and people have told me he is a barred rock but he has feathers on his feet and is larger than the barred rocks I have seen. Does anyone know what he might be? Thanks

Possibly cuckoo Marans? Total guess since I am not very familliar with the breed. Other than that I would say BR crossed with something that has feathered feet. Very nice roo!
What color are his legs?

Here are a few more pictures with some closer detail. So if we can't figure out what he is yet everyone agrees how pretty he is, does anyone have a suggestions as to what to possibly breed him to in order to get some pretty chicks?

See his legs are not looking yellow to me. I would get some really nice BR hens to breed him to. He really is nice looking.
