I hatched him from Hollyoaks Fluffy Butt Hut and I'm not sure what to pair him with.

Thank you!My guess would be the hen that laid that egg was a welsummer mix, but honestly any combination of those 4 breeds could potentially produce an egg that color. He could be an F2 olive egger and therefore a mix of mixes, which could make him a real grab bag of genetics.
Could you email the breeder and ask if she knows what pen he came from/which breeds or mixes are most likely? She might be able to suggest pairings that will be most likely to meet your goals.
Without knowing more about his genetics, I would probably breed him to a blue or green layer to increase the likelihood of his pullets having a blue egg gene. Then you can cross him back to his daughter's to, hopefully, keep the darker brown egg genes.
You could also send off for genetic testing to see if he has one, two, or zero copies of the blue egg gene. If he has two copies, I'd put him over dark eggers to depen the green. If he has zero copies, you'll definitely need a hen with two copies of blue to be sure to get green eggs in the offspring.
