Can anyone tell me what kind of hen this is?

Yes..I was on a breeders site, smehow wrong pic got posted..about as accurate as the farmers almanac cover..

Rather than argue, I’ve contacted Murray McMurray. If I get any relevant information, I’ll return to the thread. Since there is confusion about identification, perhaps ppl should really think about whether or not they really want to keep hammering a certain viewpoint. If I’m wrong, I’ll gladly admit it..

You can’t rely on hatcheries to identify breeds, especially since they sold you a misidentified chicken in the first place.

Regardless of breed, it's a gorgeous bird. Can't wait for my EE's to fully feather.

I’m sorry for getting snarky..I really hate it when I get worked up and lash out..so..I’m sorry..I honestly believe this is an Ameraucana, everything I’ve seen confirms it. If McMurray admits it’s not, then, I’ll let everyone know. Unless it’s a Whiting True Blue, and the little lavender bird I have is the Ameraucana, but, she has no beard or muff..
