can anyone tell me what my handsome Roo is?

OEGBs would be alot smaller than your LF hens. Maybe 1/4 their size. I'm thinking mix, possibly with OEGB. OEGBs are only a little over a pound in size.

Okay, I just found a picture of a "Ginger Red Old English Game Bantam Chicken Rooster" at cackle hatchery. It looks quite a bit like my boy. I will assume he is some variety of the Old English Game Bantams.
Thanks!!!!

Just what I was thinking. Those roosters are so tiny and adorable. At least the ones that I've seen in shows are. They are 1/2 the size of silkies.

Here is a good picture that shows size:

Mine can be easily carried around and cuddled by my 8 yr old. They are tiny little guys...not much larger than my serama roo. He may be a mix but, at that size, he isn't pure.

This is my self blue OEGB on my deck post...not the greatest picture, sorry, but I think you can get the feeling of size. He is a year old.

Really that small? Darn, I thought I knew what he was now. He is very light in his weight. I think he stands upright as tall as one of my hens. I will try and get a pic of him with the girls. He doesn't cooperate when I really want his picture.

Yep, that small...Perry, the cute little blue, is actually the biggest OEGB roo that I've had..the rest have been smaller.

Aoxa...great pic for size comparison...I was too lazy to find one of mine with my son :)

Found it on google after clicking on another pic of just a roo :) Can't take credit. I would love to have OEGBs but I just can't create another enclosure :p Silkies are my only bantam for now!

I saw them at a sale. Oh gosh were they ever adorable!

This is my 18 (approx) week - old OEGB roo, with a 14 (approx) week old BO pullet behind him...He's MUCH smaller than the big girls, but still tries to boss everyone around! He hasn't gotten much bigger in the body in a while, just keeps getting bigger and fancier tail feathers.

Sorry the pic's at such an odd angle...my birds like to hang out behind the air conditioner...

You can click on the pic to make it bigger if you need to. Hope you can figure out what you've got! He is a very pretty roo though!
