I bought chicks at Rural King last weekend and there was an error. I did not ask for any breeds that would have something going on on the top of her head. Can anyone identify this chick? Thanks

They were supposed to be Welsummers but I'm very happy with the mistake. I got two by mistake, so now on to the research of the breed. Thanks for the help.
