can anyone tell the diff from a polish hen to a rooster

Pics
Is this a he or when? 20 weeks and no crowing!

I'm sorry, looks like a roo. Mine didn't start growing until around 6 months. The crazy spiky hair is a give away. Hens will have a rounder, fuller hairdo.

Any ideas? Hen? Roo?

I'm afraid a roo to me.

These are both hens - they are 10 months old and both have been laying. The reddish and black one try's to crow in the morning! I have no roosters

Sometimes a female can have a go at crowing. Definite eggs from them both?

So, when did everyone's polish start crowing? I have a silver laced cockerel named Paris who is (I think) about 12-16 weeks old, but I've never had polish before, so have next to no ideas on how to age him. I am positive he's a he, but really thought he'd be crowing by now. My EE roo started crowing at about 11 weeks. Maybe I'm wrong about his age? But he's HUGE compared to my 9-10 week old BW Am pullets, so IDK. What do you guys think? To me, he looks like he is more like 16 weeks.

Thanks for looking!

ETA: Just for reference, the silver laced wyandottes behind him are 26 week old pullets.
