can anyone tell the diff from a polish hen to a rooster

He's not crowing but it's like he tries but nothing comes out but he also seems like he's going through a molt cause he's losing some feathers.

Molting . He just lays on me and feathers randomly come out and he has a bunch of new feathers coming in

Hi guys, just wondering about some little Polish chicks we've purchased 2 weeks ago. We were told they were 10 weeks old when we got them and the lady who bred them was 90% sure they were girls. They have started doing a lot of bouncing and fighting this week so we are a bit confused. Also their wattles are looking a little too red for their age.
