Can baby chickens get angel wing?

We just got our chicks 4 days ago from Mypetchicken. Our silkie has cross beak Today I'm noticing her wings are going outward. I can't decide if it's further than normal or not. I have them on game bird feed because I have guineas about to hatch and want to brood them together. I read the extra protein is okay for chickens. But with the wings, I'm wondering if it's too much.

Also, do you think the crossbeak is mild or will it get worse?

Chicks can get angel wing but its more rare. I wonder if its a frizzle silkie, I think they're a such think. The cross beak will get worse as it get's older.
