His poop looks normal, mine will have some like that every now and then. I think it's called cecal or something like that.
It might help if you could get him to lie on his side, to get weight off of his knees. Other than that, the golden rule for sick chickens is to keep them warm and calm.
How is his demeanor? Is he alert and curious?
Maybe he sprained it or hurt the joints in some way . . . maybe he fell or got himself stuck by both legs? Is one knee warmer than the other or is there any difference between them?
Can you post a picture of his knees? Or a closeup of one of them?
