Can Barred Rock pullets have dark markings on legs?

I have two BR chicks, both pullets supposedly. Both of them have slight dark markings on legs, not totally just a little. Neither has any signs of roo'ism. Two weeks old. Is it common for pullets to have any markings on their legs/feet? I heard this was a sign of a rooster. Thanks

No, not a sign of a rooster. You sure perhaps they're not Cuckoo Marans? How big are the "dark spots" ?

I am positive, here are a few pictures: (tried to get ones of feet)

Those are a mix of both my BR chicks, and actually I don't know what that other breed is lol, but I am fairly sure they are BR, right?

I'm new to this, but I'm pretty sure when I looked up Barred Rocks (which I have one now, and she appears to be a hen at two months in now), the hens have dark marks on the fronts of the feet, and the roosters do not.

Oh thank you all for responding

They came from a feed store, but were shipped from Belt Hatchery. So it doesn't usually differ the sex? Thanks again
