Can Brown star hens and roos go in poultry 4H?

I have Some hens and I would get a rooster to make a trio but are these generic layers allowed in poultry 4H? If they are allowed can they go in Conformation?

You would have to contact the 4H chapter, or the leaders and ask your question to them. At our county fair there are only purebred breeds.
