It's very difficult for buttons to live outside unless it's in a nice warm area. You'd have to bring them in during the winter and make sure it's very predator proof. Tone honest I wouldn't recommend putting buttons outside at all but it's possible if you provide them shelter, protection, etc.

Well I wanted it as a summer run

They can live wherever you want to keep them as long you keep their temperature between 40 and 90 degrees F. I move mine in for the winter and put them out for the summer.
